What

To Expect

Sessions begin with conversation and a chance to slow down and arrive. You are invited to share your health history, current challenges, and the experiences that have brought you here.

Treatments take place fully clothed on a comfortable treatment table with pillows and blankets provided for support and warmth.

Through gentle touch and deep listening, Rose follows the body’s rhythms and patterns, allowing your system to guide the session at its own pace. This work is not about forcing change or “fixing” symptoms, but about supporting the body’s own capacity for regulation, repair, and healing.

Many people experience deep relaxation during sessions, while others notice gradual shifts over time in areas such as sleep, pain patterns, emotional wellbeing, digestion, stress levels, and overall resilience.

Each person’s process is unique. Some clients come for support around a specific issue, while others choose ongoing care during times of transition, healing, pregnancy, parenting, or personal growth.

Babies, Children
& Families

Supporting

Rose has a special passion for working with babies, children, and families through a pre- and perinatal lens. Sessions gently support early regulation, bonding, feeding, sleep, developmental transitions, and the integration of pregnancy and birth experiences.

The work honours babies and children as deeply sensitive beings with their own experiences, expressions, and innate wisdom.

There is a window with a shade that has a tree silhouette decoration, and a bookshelf with items and books. On the wall, there is a framed diploma and a bookshelf with various bottles. A poster of a woman is hanging on the wall, and a clock with a black frame is on a shelf, along with a decorative plaque with the words 'Inhale' and 'Exhale' and symbols on a hanging wooden plaque.

Path Toward Regulation & Connection

A Gentle

At the heart of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is the understanding that healing unfolds through safety, connection, presence, and compassionate listening.

Sometimes the most powerful shifts happen not through force, but through slowing down enough for the body to remember its own wisdom.
