Doula

Support

Pregnancy and birth are profound transitions that can shape not only the beginning of a baby’s life, but the wellbeing of the entire family.

As a doula, Rose offers grounded, compassionate support for families during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. Her work is deeply informed by Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, pre- and perinatal principles, nervous system regulation, and years of experience supporting families through both joy and challenge.

Rose believes that babies are deeply aware participants in their own birth experience, and that preparation for birth includes not only the physical body, but emotional safety, connection, and nervous system support for both parents and baby.

Rose also offers Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Support, click to learn more.

& Birth Integration

Postpartum

The postpartum period is a tender and important time for both parents and babies.

Rose supports families as they adjust physically, emotionally, and relationally after birth. Sessions may include Craniosacral Therapy for mothers and babies, support with nervous system regulation, processing birth experiences, feeding support, bonding, and creating space for rest and recovery.

The Wisdom Within Birth

Honouring

Rose’s work is grounded in the belief that birth is not simply a medical event, but a deeply human experience that can shape our sense of safety, connection, and belonging in the world.

Her intention is to create a compassionate space where parents and babies feel seen, supported, and gently held through the transitions of pregnancy, birth, and early family life.

A gentle space for babies, children, and adults to reconnect with the body’s innate wisdom and capacity for healing.
