About
RoseRose Pearce is a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, pre- and perinatal practitioner, doula, and former intensive care nurse with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals and families through birth, healing, grief, and life transitions.
With 14 years spent in intensive care nursing, Rose walked alongside patients and families during some of life’s most vulnerable moments. Her own personal experiences with birth, loss, and healing eventually led her toward Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and pre- and perinatal work, deepening her understanding of the body’s innate wisdom and capacity for repair.
Rose offers a warm, grounded, and compassionate presence where babies, children, and adults are supported gently and respectfully. Her work is informed by Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, qi gong, meditation, and a deep love of nature and community healing.
She has a special passion for supporting pregnancy, birth, postpartum integration, grief, and early family connection.
Outside the clinic, Rose can often be found hiking mountain trails, gardening, writing poetry, skiing, or traveling with her family on humanitarian vision care trips through Canadian Vision Care.
My
JourneyMy path to Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy has been shaped by experiences of nursing, motherhood, birth, grief, healing, and a deep curiosity about the body’s innate wisdom.
As a former intensive care nurse, I spent many years supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most vulnerable moments. Later, my own experiences with pregnancy, birth, and loss led me to explore new approaches to healing and nervous system regulation.
A pivotal moment came after the birth of my third child when I witnessed the profound changes that Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy could support in his developing body. This experience opened the door to a deeper understanding of health, resilience, and the body’s natural capacity for repair.
Following the stillbirths of my children Noah and Ambrance, I experienced first hand how healing can unfold through compassionate support, connection, creativity, and community. Through Craniosacral Therapy, meditation, writing, nature, and other healing practices, I discovered pathways that helped transform grief into meaning and connection.
Alongside my clinical work, humanitarian nursing experiences in Haiti reinforced my belief in the power of community, presence, and shared care.
Today, my work weaves together Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, pre- and perinatal principles, mindfulness, and a deep respect for each person’s unique healing journey. I believe that healing unfolds through safety, connection, compassionate listening, and remembering that we are not meant to carry life’s challenges alone.
